Use of SORN VPN
Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of SORN VPN, the SORN VPN website and related client software where available. They explain the current service rules and the limits of what is promised.
Last updated: September 2026
About these Terms
These Terms describe use of the SORN VPN service, this website and client software when released. Website browsing, VPN service access and future software downloads are different activities; provisions apply where relevant to each.
SORN VPN service
SORN VPN provides VPN access through supported locations, servers and protocols. Which options are available can vary by platform, location, server and technical conditions. Features shown as Coming Soon are not yet offered as public downloads.
Accounts and credentials
Keep your account credentials secure and use them only within the supported account limit. Do not share credentials in a way that exceeds reasonable account use or enables abuse. The current limit is up to 10 devices per account.
No KYC and account information
No traditional KYC identity verification is required to use SORN VPN. This does not mean no information is ever processed. Website data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
SORN VPN can be used for ordinary lawful privacy and connectivity needs. Do not use it for unlawful or abusive activity, including attacks on systems, malware distribution, credential theft, fraud, phishing, harassment, exploitation, spam infrastructure or unlawful infringement of others’ rights. Do not interfere with SORN VPN infrastructure.
P2P
P2P traffic is permitted on SORN VPN. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Device limits
An account currently supports up to 10 devices. If this limit changes, material changes should be communicated where reasonably possible. Account-specific commercial conditions, if any, require separate publication.
Locations and servers
SORN VPN currently advertises 53+ locations worldwide. Individual locations, servers or routes may be added, removed, unavailable or temporarily impaired. Access to any particular location is not guaranteed at all times.
Speeds and bandwidth
The infrastructure includes 1 & 10 Gbps server ports, and unlimited download is allowed. These figures are not a promise of a particular speed for each user. Actual throughput depends on your connection, device, distance, routing, server load, protocol and other network conditions.
Protocols
The infrastructure lists OpenVPN UDP/TCP, WireGuard, IKEv2, L2TP/IPsec and PPTP. Support in a particular client or location may differ. Modern protocols are recommended where available; listing an older protocol is not a security recommendation.
Client software
SORN VPN clients are planned for Android, Windows, Linux, macOS and iOS. All five are marked Coming Soon on this website, with no published release date. Available functionality may differ by operating system and version.
Protection features
Maximum Leak Protection, Auto-connect, Auto-reconnect, protection status and Android Lockdown integration are designed to help maintain or communicate protection. Their operation depends on device, operating system and network conditions. They do not guarantee zero leaks, uninterrupted access, absolute security or anonymity.
VPN Rotation
When enabled, VPN Rotation can switch among selected VPN locations at a configured interval. Normal transitions are designed to keep protection active, but a connection can still be interrupted. Rotation is not a guarantee against tracking or identification.
Service availability
Maintenance, outages, network problems, provider disruptions and server changes can affect availability. No uptime or response-time guarantee is published here. If access is unavailable, protection status should be checked rather than assumed.
No-Logs and privacy
SORN VPN states a Strict No-Logs Policy for VPN activity, with RAM-only server infrastructure as part of the service design. This does not mean network operation involves no data processing. See the Privacy Policy for website handling; service-specific privacy details require separate publication.
Security limitations
A VPN can help protect a connection but cannot remove every online risk. You remain responsible for device security, account security, browser and application privacy, and safe online behavior.
Third-party services
The website or future clients may link to external websites, payment services or support systems. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. The Support link opens Telegram; no payment provider is specified by these Terms.
Changes to the service
Locations, protocols, client features, supported platforms and technical implementation may change over time. Material changes should be communicated where reasonably possible. Any future commercial impact must be explained in the applicable account and payment information.
Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or ended for abuse, security threats, material violations of these Terms or interference with the service infrastructure, subject to applicable law. This clause does not imply inspection or logging of VPN traffic contents.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SORN VPN is provided on an “as available” basis. Technical protection, uninterrupted service, a specific location or a particular speed cannot be guaranteed. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
Any limitation of liability can apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. The final allocation of responsibility requires review when the legal operator and governing rules are confirmed. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
